It’s more than compliance.

Ready to make your space accessible?

Ablr was created to remove barriers for people with disabilities. This not only includes digital platforms, but the physical environment as well. That is why offer accessibility training courses and webinars, disability inclusion consulting, and physical accessibility assessments.

What is physical accessibility.

Physical accessibility refers to the level of access someone with a disability has within a certain space. In our physical accessibility assessments, we rely on the physical accessibility standards outlined in the Americans with Disabilities Act, or ADA. In addition to architectural features such as entrances, bathrooms, and pathways, we specialize in indoor wayfinding, from appropriate signage to mobile wayfinding applications.

Our methodology.

We use questionnaires, interviews with staff, and site visits to identify potential accessibility barriers for each facility. Our on-staff ADA Coordinator then creates a checklist that spells out the ADA requirements for the facility. We document gaps and opportunities for improvement, and provide customized recommendations for meeting — or even exceeding — ADA standards.

How to get started.

DEI initiatives are never a one-step process, and neither is Accessibility and Disability Inclusion. Ablr will work with your team to develop a roadmap that will take your organization through the complete accessibility journey, contact an accessibility advocate to get started today.
