AHLA Brings Accessibility to Membership
Accessibility and Inclusion Services Now Available
Being a Member of AHLA has never been more rewarding AND fulfilling. Did you know that over 96% of Digital Content is NOT accessible for people with disabilities? Yet, there are over 10 million Americans with visual impairments and 1 in 4 adults in the U.S. have a disability.
Ablr is a Mission-Driven Disability Inclusion and Digital Accessibility Organization that is built on the promise of ensuring all content is accessible and usable for ALL people.
Through this partnership with AHLA, Ablr’s full suite of services are available for AHLA Members to leverage at a special reduced membership rate.
The Ablr 360 program provides a holistic approach to ensuring full accessibility and usability of your content. This is a 5-step program to test, remediate, validate and monitor your content, while providing consulting hours with accessibility experts to set your team up for success.
Disability Inclusion Training
Is your content accessible? Are you or your team using inclusive language or aware of disability inclusion and etiquette? Ablr has online self-paced courses, built by professionals with disabilities for all audiences, to influence new and inclusive communication and team building in any organization.
DEI initiatives are never a one-step process, and neither is Accessibility and Disability Inclusion. They also require knowledgeable and trained staff with lived experiences to fully and properly execute. Work with the Ablr team to develop a roadmap that will take your organization through the complete accessibility journey
