What is an Accessibility Statement?

An Accessibility Statement, when created and validated by a certified, third-party disability inclusion company, demonstrates your commitment to accessibility by letting your audience know that you are working with a Disability Inclusion company to create a website that is accessible for all.

An Accessibility Statement, not to be confused with a VPAT or Accessibility Conformance Report, is an informal communication to your website viewers letting them know you care about accessibility and that you are working with a certified accessibility company to address any accessibility concerns.
