Before joining Ablr, Christian’s professional experience was primarily in volunteer work and community service. Despite having some college background, he found himself uncertain about his career path after relocating to North Carolina from Maryland. 

“I had struggled a bit with time management before,” Christian reflects. “But starting with the actual training program, I was able to gain some skills in knowing how to prioritize what needed to be done.” Through Ablr Works, Christian honed his time management skills and learned to focus on the essential tasks, setting a solid foundation for his future success. 

During his internship, Christian discovered a newfound sense of purpose and motivation. “Just getting up and having something to work in every day that I really believed in… I didn’t want that to end,” he shares. His dedication and drive stood out as he actively applied for jobs, seizing every opportunity to further his career.
